HDP PB9 Digital Perfect Binding Machine is designed for automatic book perfect binding, speed is up to 4000 books per hour, can be run as a stand-alone binder or as a binding system with digital finishing, connect with web roll to book block system, and digital three knife trimmer. Highly accurate automated set-up is performed with simple and easy, both EVA and PUR hotmelt are supported by using the inter changeable melt tanks. All necessary setups can be automatically performed by reading the length of the actual book block and cover, instead of having to manually input the size data into the operation panel.
